| Local Tour 1 day We start our day by moving from the Hotel to visit the local Museum where you can see a number of Golden Mummies discovered about 10 years ago , the Byauti Tomb (the previous king of the oasis), the Alexander Temple, Helwa Spring, and El Meftela. We then take a walk through the Palm Tree Gardens, continue to the lake, Dest & Magrafa pyramid mountain (the place were the two biggest dinosaurs were discovered), Beer El Ghaba hot spring, Beer El Matter hot spring and English house (where the English ruler was living during the colonization). We then go to the Bedouin village El Agoz to enjoy a dip in the hot spring. In the evening we return to the hotel to have dinner, and at night you can enjoy a Bedouin party (Bedouin tea, music, singing and dancing). two Days in the Desert | In the Desert, 2 days
Day 1 Leaving Bahariya in the morning, going to the Black Desert, the Bedouin village El Haez spring and Crystal Mountain were we have lunch. We then continue to El Agabat (flower stone area), sand dunes and New WhiteDesert were we make a camp to spend the night. Day 2 Moving after breakfast from the New White Desert to the Old White Desert, Wadi El Khiam, the old Akasia tree. We then move to see some limestones that have been shaped by the wind and sand into formations looking like Mushroom, Horse, Chicken, and Ice Cream Cone, returning to the Hotel in early afternoon. Day 1 After arriving from Cairo to the Hotel to have lunch, we make a local trip in the oasis to visit Beer El Meftla, the salt lake, Palm Tree Gardens, Beer El Ghaba, Dest & Magrafa (where the two biggest dinosaurs were discovered in the beginning of the last century), Beer El Mattar hot spring, and the English house (where the English ruler was living during the colonization of Egypt). Returning to the hotel in the evening to have dinner and sleep. Day 2 After breakfast we will move via Black Desert to the Bedouin village El Haez to have lunch there under the palm trees. Then on to Crystal Mountain and the El Agabat Area (were we can look for “flower stones”) and by sunset we make a camp. Dinner will be prepared over open fire.
Day 3 After breakfast we movie across the valleys (Small Valley, Big valley), to Magic spring (Ain El Sero) and have lunch at Ain Khadra. Then on to the New White Desert for dinner, Bedouin party, make a camp and sleep. Day 4 After breakfast in the New White Desert we move to the Old WhiteDesert to see the old Acacia tree, the lime stones formed by the wind and sand into shapes like mushroom, ice cream cone, horse and chicken, and then return to the hotel.
Bahariya to Dakhla [4 days] A visit to the desert via Bahariya, Farafra and Dahla Oasis | Baharyia to Dakhla, 4 Days
Day 1 After breakfast we move to the Black Desert and the Bedouin village El Haez for lunch. Then on to Doctor Mountain, Crystal Mountain and El Agabat area to spend the night in a camp. Day 2 From El Agabat to the sand dunes, Magic Spring and White Desert and spend the night in a camp there.
Day 3 From the White Desert to the Farafra Oasis, then via the desert towards El Dakar, Remish El Ain, Khrafish and spend the night in a camp there. Day 4 From Farafra via El Qasr and Beer El Gable, to the Dakhla Oasis. |

Day 1 After meeting in Luxor, transfer to the Kharga Oasis were we have lunch and visit the temple of Hibis, the old city Bagawat, the temple of Nadora, and the museum. The night is spent at a hotel in the Kharga oasis. Day 2 After breakfast transfer to the Dakhla Oasis to make a local trip to see the temple of Deer El Hagar, El Mozawaka temple, El Qasr, and spend the night in a hotel.
Day 3 Travel to Farafra Oasis and make a local tour. There you can choose to stay overnight in a hotel in Farafra or go to the White Desert and make camp and sleep there. Day 4 After breakfast a visit to the New White Desert and Old White Desert, the Mushroom and other limestone formations, the old Akasia tree, the El Agabat area with sand dunes and fossilized plants, so called flower stones, Crystal Mountain, the Bedouin village El Haez,, Black Desert and arrive in Bahariya in the afternoon.you can either sleep there at the hotel or continue to cairo . Cave Garra [4 days]
| Cave Garra, 4 days Day 1 Leave from Cairo in the morning to arrive in Bahariya at lunchtime to have lunch at the Hotel. After lunch we start our trip towards the cave. The first night is spent in the desert before the cave, and you will be served a barbecue dinner before falling asleep under the stars Day 2 After breakfast we continue to the cave for a day of exploration inside and outside the cave. The night is spent at the cave in a camp under the stars. Day 3 From the cave we move to the White Desert to see all the amazing limestone formations shaped into fantasy figures such as rabbit, horse, mushroom, etc. The night is spent in a camp in the White Desert. Day 4 After breakfast moving from White Desert via CrystalMountain and the small Bedouin village El Haez back to the Hotel for lunch and return trip to Cairo. |
Bahariya to Luxor [5 days] | Baharyia – Farafra – Dakhla – Kharga – Luxor, 5 Days Day 1 After arriving to the Hotel and having a welcome drink, check in, and a rest, we move by jeep to visit the museum, Banauti tomb, Qasr Seleem, Ain El Meftela, and the Alexander Temple. After lunch we visit the English House (where the English ruler was living during the English colonization of Egypt), English mountain, the hot springs, Pyramid Mountain (Dest & Magrafa), and Salt Lake. In the evening we return to have dinner, and sleep at the Hotel. Day 2 After breakfast we will drive to visit the Black Desert and the Bedouin village El Haez where you will have lunch. We then move to the White Desert and on the way you will visit Crystal Mountain, El Agabat flower stone area, arriving in the White Desert by sunset where we will be having dinner and stay overnight camping.
Day 3 After breakfast we drive to the Farafra Oasis where you will visit the art museum, and via the sand dunes continue to the Dakhla Oasis of road to see part of the great sand sea. Day 4 After breakfast we will visit the El Mozaukah Tomb, El Qasr - a traditional Islamic style building, and the Dakhla spring. In this area of Dakhla there is an opportunity to ride camels for one and a half hour. After enjoying your lunch at the spring, we drive to Mutt and New City where you can visit the local museum presenting the daily life in the oasis. From there we drive to the Kharga Oasis, were we will have dinner and stay overnight in a hotel. Day 5 After breakfast we drive to see the most important sights in Kharga such as the Hibis temple with its remarkable wall on the edge of the oasis, one of the earliest cemeteries, and Bagawat. Then on to se El Nadora panoramic view and Kharga spring where you can enjoy your lunch before we continue to Luxor. Bahariya to Siwa [5 days] A visit to the Siwa oasis close to the Libyan border | Bhariya to Siwa, 5 days
Day 1 Leaving Cairo in the morning to arrive in the Baharyia Oasis to have lunch. After lunch we make a local trip visiting the monuments in the oasis, staying overnight in the Hotel.
Day 2 Moving after breakfast to the Black Desert, the Bedouin village El Haez for lunch, and then to Crystal Mountain, El Agabat, and the New White Desert before returning to the Hotel for the night. Day 3 Moving towards the Siwa Oasis visiting El Nawamis Lake, and arriving to Setra Sand Dunes were we stay overnight in a camp. Day 4 Moving to El Araq Area, arriving in Siwa to have lunch, then moving on to the hotel. In the afternoon we will make a local trip in Siwa to visit the Amon Temple, Alexander Temple, Cleopatra's Pool, El Mawta Mountain, Fetnas Pool, watch the sunset and stay over night in the hotel.

Siwa to Bahariya [5 days] | Siwa to Baharyia, 5 days Day 1 Arriving in Siwa to make a local trip to visit the most important places in the Oasis (the Amon Temple, Alexander Temple, Cleopatra Pool, Amon Mountain, Fetnas Pool) spending the night in a hotel.
Day 2 Visiting El Marage. This is the beginning point of the trip to the Baharyia Oasis. Stay overnight in a camp in the desert on the way to Baharyia. Day 3 After arriving at the Hotel and having lunch we will move by car to visit the Environmental Museum (presenting the daily life in the Oasis) then to the Museum and monumental places - Banauti Tomb, Seleem House (previous king), the Alexander Temple, Helwa House, El Meftela (roman spring) the salt lake, Dest & Magrafa (the place where the two biggest dinosaurs were found). We then go to take a swim in the hot springs (Elghap Spring & Elmattar Spring), and at the end of the day climb English Mountain to se the sun set over Bahariya. Then returning to the hotel to have dinner and spend the night. Day 4 After breakfast we move to the, BlackDesert, the Bedouin village El Haez, having lunch there, and after lunch moving on to Crystal Mountain, El Agabat, (“flower stone” area), NewWhite Desert, and the Sand Dunes, were we make camp to spend the night under the stars. Day 5 Moving after breakfast from New White Desert to Old White Desert to see limestone formations shaped by the sand and wind into mushroom, chicken, horse and ice cream cone formations. Thereafter to El Khiam Valley, the Old Akasia Tree, and the Sand Dunes before returning to Bahariya. El Gilf Kebir [15 days] | El Gelf Keber,15 days This trip requires a minimum of 9 participants! . Please contact us if you are interested in joining! The program below is a suggestion and details can be altered due to permission requirements by the tourist police and military. Permissions must be made at least six weeks in advance. Day 1. Leaving Cairo in the morning, arriving at Hotel in the Bahariya Oasis, to have lunch. After lunch we take a tour of the oasis to see the surroundings and end the day at English mountain for a view of the oasis as the sun sets behind the mountains. After dinner we enjoy some Bedouin music and tea in the camp around the fire.
Day 2. After breakfast we visit the museum and monuments of the oasis taking us back to Greco-Roman and Pharaonic times. We then pack the cars and start our journey by going to theBlack Desert, the Bedouin village El Haez, Crystal Mountain and El Agabat. Then on to the New and Old WhiteDesert, were we make a camp and have dinner before falling asleep under the stars. Day 3. We leave the New White Desertin the morning to go to the Abo Minqar sand dunes were we have lunch. We then continue to Dakhla for a local trip, and a overnight stay in a hotel in Dakhla.
Day 4. From Dakhla we leave the road and go in to the desert for the first of 10-12 days off-road, arriving at Abo Balace in the evening to set up camp and sleep. (≈200 km) Day 5. We continue from Abo Balace to Thaman Akrace (Eight Bells) were we set up camp and sleep. (≈110 km) Day 6. We move from Thaman Akrace to Karkur Talh at the UnweinatMountain to spend the rest of the day there to explore the cave drawings.(≈150 km) Day 7. We arrive in Wadi Sura (Valley of Pictures) where we will visit the Fuggini-cave as well as the Cave of the Swimmers and spend the night in a camp. (≈180 km)
Details from the Fuggini-Mestehawi cave, Wadi Sura Day 8. From Wadi Sura up the Aqaba Pass to find our spot for the night. A short drive giving time to explore the caves and the surroundings. (≈60 km)
Day 9. Moving from Aqaba to Wadi Hamara (the Red Valley) for more rock carvings and hopefully find some green plants and trees, and maybe even some animals. (70 km)
Day 10. To the "Seleka" area in the beginning of the great sand sea to look for Seleka glass formed about 30 million years ago in a meteor hit. In this area you can also find such things as arrow heads, knifes sand other tools made of flint. The camp is set by the foot of a sand dune . Day 11 - 13. Into the great sand sea and cross it all the way up to the Siwa Oasis. We navigate by GPS and the stars. On the way we will see magnificent sand dunes, petrified trees, 80 million years old coral reefs and more. It will take us 2 - 3 days to reach Siwa and Bir Wahed (Spring number One) south of Siwa, for a swim in the warm water. Very refreshing after many days in the desert!
From Siwa we need 1-2 days to return to Cairo via the Mediterranean coast, or return to Bahariya through the desert and continue to Cairo from there. |
